The pre-drilled holes in the upper skin were off by 10mm. Tried to bend the tab on the #4 rib to move it 10 mm

Did not work too well. It started to crack. This is where I learned that I will tape things together first before I drill to the exact dimensions.

Trying to bend existing rib to off set it without drilling new holes.
Made new rib ( see tools section ) It was much better looking than the Zenith rib.
