The skin radiuses were not even close to the specified dimensions. The lower skin was about 1/2 inch thick and the upper skin was about 1/8. In the upper skin I hammered a Delrin ( plastic) rod into the small radius with a thin stick with a notched end.

The lower skin I put between the table and some boards with "C" clamps. I slowly squeezed to get it just right, taking it out a few times to check the progress
